Choose an ICP Unified SerialT controller to leverage cost-effective, high-capacity Serial ATA (SATA) disk drives or high performance Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) drives, or both, in a single storage system. With ICP Unified Serial controllers, you can scale up to 60TB (using 500GB drives) and increase performance for SATA and SAS storage.
Attach directly to SATA and SAS midplanes with up to 12 disk drives or increase capacity using SAS expanders. With an x8 lane, 800 MHz processing power and 256MB of high performance DDR2 memory, your large capacity solutions will maximize performance and scalability.
The ICP5125BR is a twelve-port controller that supports SATA and SAS drives and supports the next-generation PCIe connectivity. It features RAID levels 0, 1, 1E, 5, 5EE, 6, 10, 50, 60, JBOD as well as Copyback Hot Spare and Snapshot backup.
The card has 256MB of DDR2 memory and a battery unit is optional. ICP Storage ManagerT provides one-view, centralized management for all ICP RAID controllers.
